Delete Account
Would you like to delete your OFI account? Two options are available.
Option 1 — From the app
Open the OFI app → Profile → Delete my account. Your account and all associated data will be permanently deleted within 7 days.
Option 2 — By email
If you no longer have access to the app, send an email to with:contact@ofiapp.com
- The email address associated with your account
- Subject: "Account deletion request"
We will process your request within 7 days.
